"I got my home appraisal done by this company, and Maz Surmaty was the appraiser. He offered to come on a Sunday, which was nice. He did not consider all the variables when appraising the property and assessed it significantly lower than the market value, even when similar properties were sold for higher prices. Maz Surmaty is the worst appraiser I have had. Please avoid this company. He is very stubborn and resistant to considering anything, even after being shown proper comps. Avoid him at all costs."
