"My tenants were very happy with the service and professionalism of the team and specifically asked me to make sure to give a good review, which was not the case last year when I had the carpets cleaned for them. "I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Juan and his dad are very friendly very hard workers. On the floor refinishing. They refinished 20+ year old floors. They replaced water damaged wood. Very good job. There are sanding marks in some areas, but overall very good. They just need to slow down a little. On tile install: Looks good, but tile is not professionally level. It's nicely done, but few tiles are not well lined up, and not level. We had a very large floor area to install but I don't recall them using a level. It certainly looks good. They still need to come back and finish a few things (thresholds). I've called Juan once, but need to call him again to remind him.... I would recommend them. They are good on price, they need to slow down a bit, and finish up."

"The estimate went really well. They were on time (I think even a bit early), was able to explain the process, and had books so that i could select the style and type of banisters and balausters I wanted. Even though I later learned some of the requested items weren't written down, then not included on the estimate. They have kept in contact to get that item fixed. The crew that did the work was phenomenal. They were on time every day. The house was empty, so I didn't have to worry about dust on furniture and they had the entire floor to work with. I was able to see a few stains on the floor so I could select the color i wanted in the space. The whole job took 4 days from their arrival until they finished. My floors are beautiful!! And the new handrails really give my home an updated look."

"Great! We were skeptical because there were only two reviews at the time one of which was bad. My husband wanted to use this company because the price quote was the lowest by far. I was against it. My way of thinking is you get what you pay for and going with the lowest price quote is not necessarily the best option. I was proven wrong. David the owner came on the initial visit. He was knowledgeable and prompt. He spent a good deal of time reviewing the details of the job with us. We were getting delicate and expensive quartz material for the countertops and there concerns about fractures. Davis allowed my husband to go to the workshop to see the cutting of the material. The countertops were installed within in week of the initial meeting. Love them! Gorgeous!

"That could have worked out better. My wife was here, I had to go when they started the detailing work. I took her car and I left my car there. Before I walked out, they were, what about our tip? They seemed to be more concerned about their tip than getting the job done. They showed up on time, I just didn't like the idea that they were more interested in their tip than their work. There was a lot of residue, they hand polished the car and there was a lot of residue left on the vehicle after they were finished. I think they rushed through it because, they knew that I wasn't going to be there. I left the tip with my wife and she just gave it to them. It wasn't a good experience."
