"The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.

Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Matt Epperly was very professional and new about insulation for our crawl space. He came and went under our house and took pictures. We did not know about the mold which he showed us. He made the suggestion of the spray foam and the Friction-fit rigid foam board door panel to be installed behind our existing crawl space access door. Spray Foam in crawl space rim and band joist for air-sealing and insulation. He also mentioned before the foam insulation spraying anti-microbial solution on all crawl space wood substructure. We were also told we would get free a Wireless Hygrometer. It displays the temperature and humidity both inside your crawl space. It was all accomplished in a few hours. They informed us for our protection to leave the home and come back. Everything was done neatly and no mess left."

"Salesman Mike Best came to the home to do the initial assessment. Mike was fantastic. Upbeat, positive, knowledgable and an overall nice guy. I highly recommend him. He coordinated the blown in insulation in the attic of my room over the garage and the insulation and drywalling the ceiling of my garage. Both crews that came were very professional, super efficient, and nice guys. The room over my garage had either extremely hot or cold temperature. After they insulated the attic, there was an immediate and very pleasing change to the room temperature. The room was finally comfortable. His second crew arrived the next day and insulated and installed drywall to the ceiling of an 800 sq foot garage in a day! They returned the next day to finish up mudding. The temperature change to our room over the garage was drastic. I went from being a very cold or very hot room to being one of the most comfortable rooms in the house. "Very well. Workers arrived promptly and worked steadily. They inspected for mold in my basement, removed duct cover where mold was found, built a new cover, applied mold preventive to the whole basement, and did an awesome clean-up, including vacuuming the whole basement. I was pleased that the job was done well and finished in a day. One worker returned two days later to sand the drywall, which had needed time to dry completely. I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing."
