"I was really impressed with the experience working with Spicer Brothers for a new roof on a home built in 1994 that has hardly seen any improvements. Every step from the estimator through the installation went smoothly. When I met Dwayne on the job he was friendly, informative and helpful. His crew worked steadily and were finished well ahead of the estimated completion time. The new roof looks great and knowing the materials and workmanship that went into the installation I know I can rest easy for years to come."

"The overall experience was very good. My old roofing was very old, with the main house having two layers. Even though there weren't any leaks, I knew it was time for new roofing. While the door to door lead in had me slightly leary, after I agreed to have the sales pitch next day, it went well...the young ladywent through the standard pitch, then added some points relating to top quality materials, their installers being fully certified by GAF, etc... The installers showed up just as scheduled, and dug right in removing the old roofing. Because of two layers, and having the garage roof done as well, it took a day and a half to complete, and they were very particular in cleaning up. Others have said their prices are high, and I agree to a point. However, having the highest quality in materials, and a very careful installation, relieves any anxiety. Overall, very well done, and no problems yet..."

"Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."
