Bob Caron is the estimator for Lipford construction. He returned my call within minutes of my initial call. We set up an appointment the following day.  He walked through the house with me as I described exactly what I needed done. He was extremely helpful and was able to give me suggestions on the most efficient and cost effective solutions to each problem we had.  The estimate was very reasonable - actually about $8,000 less than 2 other quotes I received.  The work commenced exactly on the date we agreed. 
Wiley was the project manager.  He was completely professional, extremely polite and very experienced. 
They matched the brick perfectly - a concern I had because an entire wall was being replaced. The carpentry, sheetrock finishers, painters, and stucco contractors were all very polite and professional.  The job was completed ahead of time and on budget.
These guys are the best!   

As an architect from Virginia purchasing an older house in Mobile, Alabama I was not knowledgeable about either the code requirements or tradesmen required to make the wide range of modifications (i.e., roof, skylights, solar tubes, kitchen, granite, windows, interior doors, plumbing, electrical) needed to update the house to the level I wanted to achieve.  Calling Lipford Construction was the best renovation experience I've had in 41 years of experience.  From the initial contact through the final inspection the communications were superior and stress-free and the quality of the professionals they assigned to the job were timely, energetic, and knowledgeable.  I'll be purchasing other properties in Mobile and will certainly rely on the Lipford team again. 5-Stars !!!!!

All went very well from the estimate to the final result. Lipford's team member were friendly and even took the extra step to ensure my Golden Retriever did not get out of the yard.  All sub-contractors were good and did excellent work.
Also, all extra work we asked for on a Time and Materials basis was done in good order and at a very fair price.
We will be doing the kitchen and upstairs baths next year and plan on using Lipford again.

We met and developed the scope of work.  Lipford Construction Too k the scope nd provided me with a detail estimate.  Once we signed the contract I was provided a detail schedule. During the work there were a couple of items that were discovered that were beyond the scope.  These items were dicussed throughly discussed with me and I was allowed to make the decision on what I wanted with absolutely no pressure from Lipford Construction.
All work was done very professionally and all of Lipford Construction personnel and sub-contrac tors were very curteous and very professional.  The work was completed as scheduled and very professionally.  I am extremely pleased with Lipford Constructio

He does fantastic work.  He can tackle just about anything, and they are the best consortium I’ve ever worked with. I'm using them again for another project.

From initial tear-out to the last touch-ups of switch plates, they were on top of things. They delayed tearing out the functioning parts of the kitchen as long as possible so we wouldn't be without our sink and range, etc. With three very small kids in the house, I worried about power tools, nails, and other ER-inducing stuff, but they were exceptional about cleaning up every day. From start to finish, it took about 12 weeks, which was right on what they told us going into the project. The project manager whipped all the subs into shape, and kept everyone on schedule. When problems did come up (as they always do), they were fixed almost immediately, but there were no major issues. We could have done this project for less money, but it was worth the cost of having these guys do it. They were consummate professionals and ALWAYS working on something. Their coordination of the subs was fantastic, and it was a surprisingly painless process.
