"The man that came to do the job was very professional and nice; however because their were guards on most of the gutters, he was unable to clean them well.  And due to the additional cost to put the guards back on I was not able to have them cleaned properly.  I did not understand when I paid the cost that they would not put the guards back on without additional charges.
