"I called Stacy's with a vague idea of what I wanted done, but with a somewhat limited availability due to personal work constraints. They were EXTREMELY fast, professional, and forthcoming with their timelines, quotes, and worked with my availability. They came in and provided a cleaning that went well above expectations! And the price was very close to the quote provided (even though I added a room on the day of the cleaning). I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone who needs cleaning!"

"The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."
