They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was the communication and customer service. I always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps would be. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. "Their tech "Ethan" just left. Price was reasonable at $199 for the clean and inspection. Professional, left everything clean, no mess. Did point out some issues, but I already knew about them, so wasn't like any new surprises, and I have decided to have them take care of them on a follow up visit.(Repointing areas of the firebox etc, around the lintel, and some other stuff). All in all, quite satisfied and would recommend ."
