"Every person was professional and cordial. The estimator was thorough and explained everything well. The process took three days: one to remove the moldy part of the wall and dry the interior of the wall and carpet, then after letting it dry over the weekend, another came in to plaster, and then the next day another came in to paint and replace the vent and wood trim. He left my place spotless, vacuumed the whole room, and even took the initiative to tighten a screw on my screen door. I highly recommend this company. And if I ever need restoration services again I would call on them. Also, when I pointed out that they didn't need to remove the carpet and pad as estimated, they took the initiative to remove that expense from the invoice without my having to ask for it."

(appliances, faucet etc)  so the price was more for their labor and
coordination between all the different folks that need to work on the
house.  We removed most of the plaster on the wall that was being
removed, and painted ourselves.
Jim and Justin turned our tiny  one person kitchen into a space that many people can enjoy at one time.  There were snags along the way, it is an old house, that caused some  delays, like the ceiling coming down on the carpenters, but Justin did everything he possibly could to ensure the job  stayed on track and as close to what we budgeted as possible.  Their office coordinator Sharon made it easy to  contact and set up appointments with the cabinet makers and flooring  folks.
The only thing we marked down was punctuality, and that was because some of the subcontractors weren't always on time.  The project was slated to take 3-5 weeks, and it took a little over 3 months. This was also due to unexpected add ons, such a new ceiling had to go up and more plaster had to be removed from sections of wall."

"The gentleman that came out was very professional and very polite.  He checked the water meter and saw that there was no leak.  He did not just end it at the water meter but asked questions to see if we had had any other problems in the past that might have caused a water bill to be so hi and we did  have a running toilet that was fixed a couple weeks ago and he stated that that would have caused the bill to be higher.  He suggested to have the city come out and make sure the meter is reading properly, he also checked the usage of the bill againest the meter.  I was very pleased with his service he is very noligable in his work. "
