I purchased a riding tractor mower from them in 2015. Twice I have paid for their annual maintenance to include blade sharpening, and twice they failed to sharpen the blades. The first time, I was too busy with work and could only file a complaint by phone. This year, I was able to inspect my mower the moment it arrived at my house, and the blades were as dull as ever. I jacked up my mower, removed the blades, and took them to the store. The owner admitted the blades were not sharpened, but adamantly refused to refund me a portion of the $150 I paid for services. He wanted to actually charge me $20 for new blades, basically ignoring that he has charged me for services not rendered and that I had already paid for. Bad business. How he could not understand my loss of confidence in his business and to just refund me a $20 credit for the work he did not do, I don't understand. His best offer was a 10% discount on a future purchase. Never again. Lastly, there was a recall on the mower I purchased, and I was never informed. I expected better service since I had purchased the mower from them, but had to spend $100 in parts and only after much discussion did they agree to install the parts at no charge.
