"I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as "The Blue Crew", were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and DT Electric in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem."

"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. I mean that honestly!"

"Josh and Aaron came out on the first day of my project to remove the installation and to get things started for the next team. I enjoy meeting Josh and Aaron.They explain what the next team would be doing when they came. The next team that worked on my project Nate, Aaron, Tylor N. and Jabree were great to work with. They came to the door to let me know they had arrived and what they would be doing that day. They showed up rain or shine. They cleaned up every day before they left. Vinny and Jeff were the electricians on my project . They called ahead to let me know what time they would be getting there. Upon arrival, they explained everything that they would be doing. Once they finished, they showed me pictures and told me what all they did. I would be glad to work with Vinny and Jeff again. Pual and Chris A. call to let me know they were on their way. "Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

"This whole experience went better than any other project we've had done. Caleb, the owner, spoke with me first and was willing to look at the bathroom the same day. I got a quote for just the shower and one for the entire bathroom. We decided to replace just the shower. I received weekly phone calls updating me on when they could start. They were able to start earlier than anticipated and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was trying to coordinate this from another state and they did a great job taking pictures and staying in touch. The shower looks amazing."
