"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"Sean made custom roll out shelving to install in my current cabinet and added supports to sure up the small cabinet pantry to ensure it would not separate, creating issues with new slide out wood shelving he made to fit my cabinet. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.
