After scoping JB gave bid of $7,300.00 to pull liner through existing sewer line.  March 19th date was scheduled to explain procedure of work.  Meanwhile found contractor to do job cheaper.  Cancelled meeting scheduled on 19th.  Manager called wanting to know reason for cancellation. Told him cost was reason."

They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning. They went above and beyond for us, they explained the situation and what they needed to do to fix it. They also made sure we were not taken advantage of when it came to the repairs, due to the break in the line not being our responsibility, because it was at the main hook up for our sewer supply from our water company.
