"Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate.
