The estimate process was incredibly thorough they sat down with me to go through every detail and explore all possible options, ensuring I understood everything. They even worked with me to submit the estimate to my insurance company, which made the process so much smoother. The crew was outstanding professional, timely, and efficient. They completed the project quickly without sacrificing quality, and the results are excellent. I am so impressed with their work that Ill undoubtedly be reaching out to them for other projects around the house. Fletcher did an excellent job on the roof repair. The price was very high. It was $800 for 3 hours of work by an experienced roof repairman, and included about $50 worth of material. This seems high, but the other roofers who visited (both Home Advisor companies and others) wanted to do a bigger job than I thought I needed.

Carlos came and inspected my roof to find the source of a leak tracking the exhaust pipe after downpours. He showed me the rubber flanges on all 4 exhaust pipes had deteriorated, and replaced them,and caulked the chimney and other areas which had similarly deteriorated. A week later, similar leak! I called the office and Carlos came out the next day and hosed down the roof, while he EXHAUSTIVELY rechecked the caulking, shingling, went into the attic to check the subroofing, etc. He finally fashioned some copper covers for the flanges as the only access point he/I could imagine based on the examination of everything else. Yesterday we had a massive rainstorm, and NO WATER at all. Carlos' conscientious work solved a problem whose solution was not obvious. I am very pleased with his work and the outcome.

After the hailstorm most houses in my neighborhood still had not heard from their contractors that came out of nowhere to do the work. I signed my deal with Fletcher on a Friday, Roof was finished on Tuesday. Siding finished a few days later. My neighbors still haven't heard from the other companies they signed with before getting a quote.

After getting the run around from another local company, I found Fletcher Constructions online and reading many great reviews. We were very eager and anxious to start our project since the other company had us waiting for so long, that I sent a quick note to Fletcher Constructions website. Within 2 hours I had a reply asking when we could met for a consultation. He gave an honest, and unbeatable estimate for building our deck and fence. Our communications were always timely and professional. When work commenced the job was done in 4 days as promised!! His team was courteous, hard working, and provided excellent work. They ensured their mess was cleaned up after every day on the site and when the job was finished all remaining materials and tools were immediately removed from the property. We threw a party on our new deck and we had a few friends who knew a thing or two about building decks. They commented that the workmanship on our deck was superior. Many mentioned that there were many small details added to the work which made our deck stand out. For instance each deck board was screwed rather than nailed (nails tend to come out with time). When payment came, there were no hidden fees, or added costs, only the price we agreed on. We are extremely happy with the service and work that was provided by Fletcher Construction and would HIGHLY recommend.

After speaking with 5 different companies (three of which are the big time advertisers) I met Matt of Fletcher Construction. From the time he showed up at my house he was the most professional of all the companies I spoke with. Not only did he walk the roof, he answered every question I had and gave me an estimate that day, without immediately attempting to pressure me to commit. From start to finish his company did every thing in a timely manner, and treated my property as if it were their own. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and gutter installation.

Matt and his team were awesome to work with! After getting 3 bids for our deck project, Matt came in as the most reasonable and with the superior product. The crew always arrived when they said they would and very courteous. The end product was above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely use Fletcher again for future projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great quality and great prices.

Matt was very nice and upfront always returned my call and did what ever I asked of him. His crew was hard working polite and cleaned up and left you area like it was when they arrived.

Great work

They promised to replace my old roof with a new better roof for the same price in 1 day. They did it with a 50 year warranty on material and 15 years on labor. Was very easy to work with and reliable .

Matt was great. Anytime I e-mailed Matt, I received a quick reply back answering my questions. Great job on the roof.
