"Jimmy Chris and Jeff were great just like all the other folks said. Replaced some old wood windows and storm windows with the Vinyl by Design windows. The windows have made it warmer in winter and cooler in summer and a lot quieter. Professional job. They had to cut one window through stucco, put in the new window and did a fine job of the trim work."

My Father still goes on job sites. I have lived in the Salem area 38 years. I Graduated from Glenvar High School.

The house is not a simple one having multiple floor, angles and a wrap around deck. The Pierce crew with Austin and Michael were fantastic. Weather didn't cooperate as we had a lot of rain and yet they would work weekends to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. The crew took no shortcuts - the house looks great! "One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."
