"Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!"

"Overall, the workmanship was excellent, the price reasonable, and most importantly, Augustine continued to build a huge amount of trust with the customer through an honest and transparent process from beginning to end. Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, good communication continued through the contract process, but we had to wait two months for word on work scheduling. Dakota Biller was a Godsend. He expertly talked through the full scope of options, pros, and cons. He listened to our unique needs, provided helpful guidance, and did not attempt to upsell. Installation was professional and cleanup was thorough. The final product looks magnificent! Price was the most reasonable of all highly ranked companies primarily due to Augustine’s willingness to only replace rotted fascia with new wood. Their 10-year warranty provided peace of mind. This was a RARE hassle-free project, and I cannot recommend Augustine Roofing enough."

"(There was no other option to choose except the roofing option. I had to choose to be able to post my review). I had two closets I wanted closed off. They removed the doors and trim then placed sheet rock and sealed the two areas. You would never know there had been a closet at either place. By closing these closets they were able to open the closet in one of the bedrooms and make it much larger. The two smaller bedrooms were opened by cutting out forty eight inches of the wall between them. The opening was to my specifications and the dry wall work again was great. I will be hanging a barn door in the opening to separate the two rooms or leaving it open. The occupants of the room have the option to close off the bed area from the sitting area. I am very pleased with the work and timely fashion in which it was completed. I am happy to give five stars."

With the dumpster in our yard, and the roofing materials delivered only then did they "discover" we also needed all new planking. We were prepared and budgeted for a $21,300 project. Suddenly we needed to come up with an additional $8,500 for the plywood. This was part of all the other roofer's quotes. When I voiced that I wanted to use another company they told me I signed a contract and they planned to enforce it. If I broke the contract I would have to give them 1/3. I had no choice but to cave. When I pressed on why this wasn't discovered until they started- they had no response. I was stuck and was forced to proceed (or walk away from $7,100). BEWARE!!! 6/25/2025"
