Brian (owner) runs an extremely well small business. He's professional and it shows. His team installed the garage door system in minimum time and at a moment's notice. In every single aspect, they exceeded expectation and the system worked so quietly that you could barely hear the garage door move.
The stability of the rails that he and his team installed is stable and well installed.
I've had questions and they have always been willing to answer any questions and even come over to follow up the work and ensure quality.

"I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely use and/or recommend this provider. First, it's a small family owned business (the one who came out to do the work was the owner) and I scheduled the appointment about 2 weeks out and on the day of the appointment he showed up right in the middle of the 2-hour time window that was estimated to me. So, for a small "mom & pop" shop, he must be pretty well organized with his appointment scheduling. The equipment in his truck appeared to be professional grade and he looked over the areas of the house to be wash to determine any potential issues or questions. During the work, he seemed very efficient as the whole job was done under 2 hours for an average colonial style single family home in Northern VA. The house is all siding with some exposed foundation from the walkout basement that he also washed. The results were great as all dirt, mildew, etc was gone and the house looked "fresh" again. Assuming his business is still around in a couple year, I likely will be a repeat customer when the house would be washed again.

"Outstanding! I highly recommend Andrew's for any garage door work. Our original equipment (over 12 years old) door and opener were noisy and troublesome since we moved in 3+ years ago. We had to adjust the sensor several times and recently the opener only worked intermittently. We discussed the problems after I bought the big deal and Andrew and team were prepared to solve all the problems when they arrived for the appointment. They replaced the opener head, rail, and main and remote controllers, adjusted the track, and checked the sensors. The installation went smoothly and they were professional from my initial call, throughout the installation, and on the follow-up. They took away all the replaced parts and cleaned up so well the only way we knew they were here was the different controllers. The improvement (especially reliability and noise level) in the garage door operation made this worth every cent. Thanks, Andrew!

"If you are considering a safety inspection all they do is plug a electrical outlet ground test ($6 on amazon) into your outlets and press the test button on your smoke detectors. This deal is definitely not worth it. The grade on this deal would have been a D, but they also installed a whole-house surge protector that I purchased separately and the installation went well. Overall I would recommend the company, but skip this "deal."
