First, it's a small family owned business (the one who came out to do the work was the owner) and I scheduled the appointment about 2 weeks out and on the day of the appointment he showed up right in the middle of the 2-hour time window that was estimated to me. So, for a small "mom & pop" shop, he must be pretty well organized with his appointment scheduling. The equipment in his truck appeared to be professional grade and he looked over the areas of the house to be wash to determine any potential issues or questions. During the work, he seemed very efficient as the whole job was done under 2 hours for an average colonial style single family home in Northern VA. The house is all siding with some exposed foundation from the walkout basement that he also washed. The results were great as all dirt, mildew, etc was gone and the house looked "fresh" again. Assuming his business is still around in a couple year, I likely will be a repeat customer when the house would be washed again.
