"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. "I contacted George based on the reviews here and had a truly great experience.  I could not have hoped for someone more professional, courteous and thorough.  His team was large enough to get the job done quickly and properly all while doing a great job. 
From the initial quote to getting the work done, George was punctual, responsive to texts and phone calls.  He made good suggestions to make our house look great and the execution was spot on.  We needed to have some porch railing bars replaced and instead of replacing the whole railing, he suggested replacing just the vertical posts that were damaged.  After painting, I could not tell original from repaired ones and the painting job was excellent.  He also made sure there was an extra coat of paint put on an exterior section of the house that he repaired to make sure it stood up to the sun and rain.
On the inside of the house, he repainted all of the walls and a couple of ceilings.  His team spackled blemishes, sanded and painted.  It is amazing and the house looks brand new!  There was no paint splatter on the carpet or floors and the edging was skilfully done. 
After all of this work, I only found a couple of spots that needed touch ups and he came by and promptly fixed these.
Overall, he and his team made this experience really easy and the result is fantastic.  I would highly recommend George and his team and we'll be using his services in the future!

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. He not only meet the deadline but was able to get the whole house done a day early. He and his team treated our home like it was their own. Not a single corner was cut and he went above and beyond to make the house perfect. We purchased a special of 4 hours of painting for $280. We had a small area of repir on our DR ceiling and on one DR wall. We provided the paint. Small projects are the worst to schedule since no one really wants to do them. the special seemed like the perfect solution for us. Alex contacted us a day after we made the purchase and was able to schedule this work prior to Thanksgiving. They sanded the areas that had been repaired, did a coat of primer and painted the small area on the ceiling. They painted the area on the wall and then went ahead and painted the rest of that single wall so the paint would match.

2 guys worked for 4 hours on this project. They were very neat and careful to cover areas with drop cloths. they had to sand reapir areas so there was a fair amount of drywall dust but, that is to be expected.

At some point we will need someone to come back out and paint the entire ceiling so there is a nice match in paint. The coupon would not cover that extra work.

Very friendly people. They did not charge us for the primer they used. We purchased the rest of the paint ourselves.

"Hire this company!  Not only were they responsive, reliable and reasonable, their work quality exceeded our expectations.  I
found CRS on Angie?s List.  We hired them to remove tons of wallpaper and paint an entire house that included a two story
foyer, crown molding and higher than normal ceilings that we had just purchased in Frederick.  It was a big job working on a short time frame.  We can?t tell which rooms had the wallpaper!   

I can?t say enough nice things about them.   The owner, Gerardo, is professional and I had trusted that the job was being completed as I wanted even with the transitional colors I chose for different rooms.  He was onsite and in constant communication with us since we weren't living in the house yet.
