"These guys were amazeing, 10000 /10!!! They were kind and pacient and cleaned my Carpets better than they've been done in YEARS! they even helped meet my budget! They also moved my living room furnature, extra cleaned my art studio, AND they even helped me put my curtains back up because they were a bit heavy for me while they were there. They didnt have to do any of that extra stuff, but they did. They went above and beyond for me and i love them for it! I apriciated the heck out of it! I'll be comeing to them exclusively from now on if I need any cleaning done agian in the future."

"The technician was friendly and courtesy enough but did not exercise good judgement. First, he should have rescheduled since rain was forecasted and he was slated to steam clean my automobile carpeting with car parked in my driveway. Then it started to drizzled and I suggested we move my car into the garage. He deferred and continued the task in the driveway. A few moments later I came out and it was raining steady and part of my car interior was wet and getting wetter. I insisted on moving the car into to garage so he could finish and prevent my car from getting soaked. Overall, he performed the task thoroughly but did not seem to have indepth knowledge of the cleaning products being used when I asked questions."

""Edmond and Donna did a good job in cleaning our carpets. they did our duct analysis and recommended that we replace our filters with the ones they recommended. the filters were supposed to reach us in maximum 4 weeks. it has been almost 3 months and we never received them. Whenever i called them for the filters the only answer i got was they were on back order and they would check the status and call me back but never received a call back except for once out of 5 calls i made. They finally did agree to refund the money for the filters. we have been greatly dissatisfied with their after sales service/customer service."
