"Maria, our MaidPro representative, did a fantastic job! She has been extremely conscientious in cleaning our home for the past 3 months, every 2 weeks for 4 hours each visit. She cleans everything you would personally clean if you were doing a thorough cleaning of your home; under rugs, under furniture, furniture, glass shower enclosures (look like new), all appliance exteriors, under all small items left on counters! An amazing job! We have had cleaning services for the past 9 years and Maria from MaidPro is the absolute best! They are expensive but well worth the money!!!"

"Very satisfied, large fake seude couch, lots of stains. All were removed."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I had my carpets and couches cleaned and I am beyond impressed! For same day service, start to finish, the process was professional and affordable. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting. Not only does my carpet look amazing, but my couch and recliner look outstanding as well. It looks like new again. This company clearly takes pride in their work and values their customers’ time. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and they’ll be my go-to for all future carpet and upholstery cleanings."

"Great! David was delightful spirt and tackled my carpet and couches really quickly but attentively."

"Downgraded Responsiveness because I thought a week for response time was excessive. I was looking for another contractor to provide the service when SoftWash Pros contacted me by email and apologized for the delay. Glad I gave them a second chance... all further contact was professional and appreciated. Received confirmation phone call and email as well as an email reminder the day prior to the appointment. Very pleased with the completed work, all the green staining and dirt was removed from the vinyl siding and the dingy windows and frames look new again. Will call again when the house needs an exterior cleaning."
