"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

"Troy assessed my yard drainage situation and came up with an excellent plan to regrade and draw water away from house to edge of property and stopped flooding into my basement. The work was done very quickly, professionally, and effectively. They even took care of resodding and reseeding my yard around the area where they installed the drainage ditch. No more flooding into my basement. Also introduced me to Jesus Gaona who rebuilt our deck, shores up my fences and handled general contractor projects needed to restore my home from all the leak damage: drywall, painting, electrical. Troy and Jesus have gone above and beyond to take care of my primary flooding issue and any other cosmetic issues that resulted from it. From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.

"These guys were excellent. I had originally hired them because I needed a major rush job done and they pulled it off. Then they
continued after the main issue was resolved and came back multiple times to do an extremely thorough job waterproofing the basement.  Whereas we would find puddles down there before, we have not had any issues since they were there.  They did all kinds of things ? from putting some kind of stripping on the base of the walls to building an entire roof over my back stairs to adding a French drain to putting covers on all the basement windows. And they did all this for significantly less money than other companies quoted us - and those other guys did not offer nearly as much work!  Incredible.
The one lack I would say this company had was the timing issue. On more than one occasion were told they were on their way, but they only showed up hours later.  Also, sometimes they would be working in the basement and kind of just disappear without the work being finished, later explaining they had to run to another job. All of which was fine with me ? after the initial work, we weren?t in a big rush.  But it is something to note.
Notwithstanding that issue, we were very pleased and are recommending them to anyone who asks about such services.
