Brian the owner can over completed his inspection. Explained how the ants are come in. I was happy with the over all experience. I have had him as my as pest control service since 2017.

Everything went well and have had no problems since.

Great job.  We had Brian come out in July to help fight off an intrusion of carpenter ants.  That went well.  The smaller ants came back about a month later but Brian came right back out and took care of them.  We also started a quarterly contract and he treated the entire home for several pests.  He noticed a few areas that we are watching to see if it's old activity or active (we have only been in the home a few months).  He also noticed that we had a lot of spiders.  He said the treatment would take care of that.  He went around the whole house and wiped out current spider webs so we can see that the treatment is working (not another build up of spiders in the future).  He pays particular attention to detail and very courteous and professional.

Brian is a consummate professional. He returns calls promptly and always conducts himself in a professional manner. He listens to your issue, investigates to determine the reason(s) behind the issue, explains everything to you, and takes action. He stands behind his work, and he will continue to be my go-to guy for pest issues. Additionally, he wore boot covers when entering the house to ensure no dirt or mud was tracked in.
