"VERY Prompt. I received a call from Petti Pest Control within minutes of my inquiry. Robert was at my house later that day for an inspection and consultation. Since outdoor ladder work was required, the job was scheduled for the first dry day. The team arrived when scheduled. Logan, the technician, explained what they were going to be doing and how they were taking into consideration the fact that I had pets. They were quick, efficient and neat. "Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
