"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "Great company to work with. Easy to reach, responsive, just great communication. Employees on time and polite, professional. My floors look brand new! I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. "I hired The Grout Medic to repair and clean my master bath shower. The builder's grade grout was falling out, and looking grungy. We needed to list our home for sale. They left it looking better than brand new! He took half a day and cleaned up completely afterwards. I should have hired them when I was living there, the shower was so nice after he finished! Very professional customer service as well."
