"We have used A-1 since we purchased our home and they have done the yearly inspections. Any noticeable termite activity was always promptly take care of. We recently had them redo the whole house exterior treatment when more termite activity was noticed. "I decided to use them because of good reference. Some of the neighbors had used them, and they had good work. We had a little punch list. The owner was very good. After the roof was put up, there were a few little things. He was very responsive and fixed everything. With regard to price, I had three quotes and they were all close. The pricing was competitive, but it wasn’t outstanding. The quality was very good."
