They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. "Two painters arrived on time on Friday and worked all day and did the priming and partially broke up the hearth, with a chisel and a hammer. Personally I think it would have been easier on them if they had used a hammer drill. Two more painters arrived on time on Sat. and did the rest of the hearth, finished painting and did the trim. They did a very professional job on time and on budget and I would use them again.
