"Jenkins Construction of Lancaster just finished up remodeling our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The country home was almost 40 years old and looked every bit of it. They first had to tear out and replace part of the wallboard in the kitchen that had been damaged by water leakage. Then they had to remove wallpaper in the bathroom. Both of those were time consuming. Things moved along quickly after that. Both rooms were painted and new flooring installed. They also put in a new toilet, kitchen faucet, light fixture, and range hood. They were on time everyday and worked about 8 hours. The guys were very detailed as there was a lot of trim to remove and put back. The whole project was finished in about the time and at about the cost I had been given. Clean up was excellent everyday. Super pleased with their work and would hire them again."

They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing". "Two painters arrived on time on Friday and worked all day and did the priming and partially broke up the hearth, with a chisel and a hammer. Personally I think it would have been easier on them if they had used a hammer drill. Two more painters arrived on time on Sat. and did the rest of the hearth, finished painting and did the trim. They did a very professional job on time and on budget and I would use them again.

"The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work.
I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again.
