Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. The porch featured custom wiring for lights, a ceiling fan, and outdoor floodlights, with a stunning tongue-and-groove pine ceiling stained in a glossy walnut finish. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and the crew's professionalism and courtesy made the entire experience a delight. Encouraged by their success, we tackled our outdated 1970s kitchen next. Isai returned to vent and wire the microwave, install LED lighting, and add a sconce light. He even refinished the ceiling and windows. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. "First of all, I love the final product. I initially selected Tosh because Thomas said he'd done this type of project before. However, he didn't talk to me about changes in the supplies and money charges along the way. He hit me with a lot of additional money on the last day, that was way over the estimate he gave me. After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."

However, we had other projects in mind, including one he indicated he could do and there was no follow through on getting back to us. He seemed to be very busy. It was the hottest day of the summer and all new posts were installed by early afternoon, and the deck above was raised a few inches back into level. The next day, tongue and groove, and new lighting was installed below the joists. The place looks like a million bucks. James was efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing.
