"Our driveway is around a 1/4 mile long and winds its way through a beautiful woodland area. We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. Cooper for doing such a professional job. We can't say enough. I would recommend O. Cooper Asphalt Paving without any hesitation. Oh, one last thing the scheduler was awesome too!"

"Queried on a Thursday, onsite visit on a Friday, and new driveway installed on Monday! Timing was perfect. Quote was within my budgeted expectations. It was a joy watching an observing the work of leveling out and crowning where appropriate. Cannot overstate how much of a perfectionist and expert that Joe was.... never seen the like in my many years of seeing folks work a front loader/skidder. "Three years ago, and still looks great. They came out for a quote on a weekend. We shook hands in the driveway and scheduled the work. They came as scheduled and on-time. Charged me what they quoted. This is how a business is supposed to work. They did what they said they would do. Period. It was refreshing to work with them. This is so very-very rare in northern va. "I have hired a half dozen different yard/ landscaping services via Angie's List. None of my experiences have been that great. Until now. The service performed today blew me away. My yard looks like it had the makeover of the century. I am beyond impressed. Communication was great and didn't take really any of my time. "My wife and I are both very pleased with the excellent asphalt repaving job the crew from H&H Paving did on our driveway. They showed up on time, unloaded all their paving equipment, then the entire team went to work repaving our driveway. The brought a pretty large crew to do the job, and each team member seemed to really know their job, and they all worked together really well. Within just a couple of hours they were finishing up the job before cleaning up, and loading up all their paving equipment before leaving for their next job. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get our driveway done so quickly, and their workmanship is as good or better than anything I have seen. I know when we need paving work in the future we won't hesitate to call H&H Paving again."

"Rick George provided an estimate to resurface our driveway, as well as the driveways of two neighbors and our common pipestem. Mr. George was very knowledgeable and responsive. Because of the size of the job and the number of homeowners involved, we chose to use a larger contracting company, but I would recommend individual homeowners contact Mr. George for his services on their paving projects.
Mr. George returns calls in the evening as he is out in the field during the day. He provides estimates via U.S. mail, not email.
