"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"I was very impressed with the whole experience with NV Waterproofing, from the estimate to the completion of the work. I had mold growing on a basement wall and a perpetual musty smell in the basement. Cristian came out to do the estimate. He did a full walk around outside the house and then did a thorough inspection of the basement. It was good to see that he used a moisture meter when doing the inspection. It's amazing that out of four companies that did estimates, NV Waterproofing and one other were the only ones to bring that tool. He looked at a waterproofing system that had been installed right before I moved in and explained what was wrong with it and then explained how it could be fixed. He was patient and explained everything. I appreciated that he did not put any pressure on us to sign anything before he left. I decided to go ahead with the job. The crew that performed the work was very professional. All had masks, all kept a good distance, and they did a great job of keeping the place clean. The foreman was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions I had during the job. All in all they were great. Including coming back promptly to finish off a final piece of work that had gotten overlooked."

I called him back about 2 weeks later and he returned to drill into 2 areas in my basement. Put a camera or scope in to see if there was water in the walls? none! He cleaned up and caulked the holes. And would not take any money. He said only call him back if there were more problems"
