BWSS has repaired the roof and gutters, replaced the deck, and installed hardwood floors. The exterior of our natural cedar shingled house hadn't been washed or treated in 20 years. BWSS power washed and stained the house taking it from black back to it's original natural splendor! I plan to use BWSS for several more projects. "

Jonathan was easy to get along with and kept us updated with progress and changes as they happened. There were materials, tools, and supplies that he didn't have, that he either had to stop and get, or borrow from us, in order to complete the job. This contributed to the project taking three days to complete, rather than two. And at the end of the project, there was still cleanup that we needed to remind him to do before leaving. We would recommend Jonathan for this kind of work, and would call him again if we have similar projects in the future."

Any attempt to reschedule with Billy was met with an excuse as to why he is unable to make the agreed appointment time. Now Billy is refusing to responde to several attempts to contact him. In my opinion the work that was completed was not high quailty work and does not meet the expectations for the price charged. Buyer beware of Billy Herrin and Grace Home Improvement, LLC."
