PRO TREE SERVICE

Called Steve in the morning to haul away piles of branches from two huge crepe myrtle trees I’d severely pruned back. He arrived two hours later (in the pouring rain) and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everything, even raked that area of the yard where I’d piled everything. Fair price and fast, couldn’t ask for a better job done. I’ve recommended him to all our neighbors.

We spoke on the phone several times prior to our appointment today. He did not show up and he has not contacted me and will not answer his calls. A total no show and no contact, to me, is terrible.

I was contacted on 12 July and told they would be by to finish.  No show.  On 15 July I started to clean up so that I could mow and water. Late on the 15th I was called.  I requested they pick up the equipment (chain saws, hedger, axe, gloves,.....) that was also left in the backyard, and not return.  I made the mistake of not getting a written estimate.   
There was a dispute and I was very uncomfortable with the phone confrontation.  The verbal contract was settled.

Arrived as stated. Did a very good job shaping the trees. Made them much more esthetically pleasing.

Overall the job was completed as described, however what was supposed to take a day took several days.  This was due to some issues hauling the debris away, however the services was ultimately completed as described.

They called back after I left a message, came for an estimate, then were ready to begin at that time. 

Very well. Showed up on time.  Performed very professionally.  Very polite.  Cleaned up well before leaving.  Even cleaned pool where debris fell in.

Excellent. Steve and his crew were very professional and experienced. They were on time both days. Friendly, hard working and thorough. They had some challenges with the big trees. Especially the largest that was leaning over the top of my house. They methodically cut down the trees, removed the wood and debris and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job. I told them that I was a member of Angies list where I found them and would right a report about the great experience. Thanks for the great job guys.

A great experience overall. The guys did great work and you never would have known they were there because they did an outstanding job cleaning up! Steve is typically very responsive. There was only one minor glitch when we expected to hear from him earlier in the week about the exact time they would be coming. However, he made up for it by responding immediately when we called him back. Would definitely use these guys again!

Steve came by to give me an estimate, he was very competitive when I informed him I was looking at several companies from Angie's List. I just wanted the tree trimmed away from the house (it was touching the roof). As long as it looked good and maintained the tree healthy, I would be happy. I was pleased, but several of my neighbors (including someone in the Arborist business) really praised the work as they have seen some hack jobs done in the neighborhood. He uses tree spikes to climb, apparently that is a turn off for some customers.

Steve was a little late getting to the job, but he brought by two guys to do the work. Jeff was a particularly hard worker. The guys kept asking me about the appearance of the pruning and the planting location for the Japanese maple. I appreciated that. They did a great job cleaning up all the clippings.
