Cleaner tossed heavy bag into back of my pickup and broke back sliding glass window. I saw the cleaner do it. I took photos of the damage. Shining Cleaning Service personally, verbally, by telephone and in writing via email this service promised to pay for the window and never did. It cost over $300. I said they could return my payment. Their business card states "We are Insured" but clearly they are liars. Mrs. Munoz and her team did an AMAZING job cleaning our home! They were professional, on time and incredibly thorough. Above all, they genuinely care about and respect their customers and the homes they service.
I am beyond impressed and give my very highest recommendation. 
My family and I will always use Shining Cleaning Services.

The owner is super nice, and wonderful to work with. However, the cleaning is sub par. I used them on several occasions, and was never completely satisfied. The last time I used them (which will be the LAST time), they used all my cleaning supplies, including my gloves, and left multiple areas untouched. Very disappointing. I wanted to like them. I really did.

I have had housecleaners for 10 years...in several states too, so I know what quality of cleaning to expect. And I'm not one of those hyper- demanding people when it comes to cleaning.  After each cleaning, I had a long list of simple things that had not been done. (food on floor, dirt/dust under furniture, carpets not swept, garbage not emptied, hair in sinks, couch not vacuumed, etc.)   Despite the manager saying she'd supervise them each time to check the work, she was not present during the cleanings except for 5 min. check.  The girls could not speak english so I couldn't explain the problems to them.  After about 10 disappointing services where a few of my concerns were addressed but the same and even new problems would still arise, I stopped the service.  The manager is extremely nice and came to my house personally with a thoughtful gift to ask if I would give them another try.  I did, but again, after 1 or 2 cleanings, the service was below normal expectations.  So I stopped their services for good this time.

We had to clean up our house after being away for quite a long time to have it ready for a wedding. They gave us two ladies who were fantastic. It required more than that as those girls worked themselves out. They were cross-eyed and staggering by the time that they left. They cleaned everything in the house. I had a little disappointment because the manager lady came and saw the situation. She looked it all over. She had her eyes opened, knew the size of the house and what needed to be done but she did not send out enough people. I would be thrilled to have either one of the two girls or both of them that she sent as they were delightful, thorough and terrific. However, I would never use her again because it was not properly managed especially for the price that I paid. They did carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as well which was a bad deal. I added that on but not on that day. I was supposed to meet up with her and get an estimate for that but she never came. A fellow showed up wearing one of their shirts towards the end of the cleaning day as if we had agreed to have him and we did not have a price. He added $200 on to it which was not correct for what he did. I have had that work done before for $100 and it was done properly. We have an all purpose room sun porch kind of a deal but it is all seasoned. We have a carpet that runs throughout the eating area and the kitchen. There was a stain on it. You could actually pour pure Clorox on the carpet and it would not change the color. So, I have never had it cleaned with soap before because hot water was all that you needed. He worked on that stain and he proceeded to spread it all around but did not get it up which we did not know until the carpet dried. There was a great big blot on it and it ended up being worst than what it was. It was not as dark as the stain was but it was huge and it was right on the entry way. I called them and said that it had to be fixed. I told them to send the person back and that it would not take that long to get it up. They sent out the same two girls back with a cougar run cleaner that was missing parts and they did not know as to how to use it. I told them that I had one of those things and that we could get it out and do it very fast. Those poor little girls were very embarrassed. I could have cleaned it up in not much time at all but they did not let me run it. They cleaned it up, fixed it and everything was great. They were gone. They were happy and I was happy. I would have done it without saying anything except for the fact that it was not right as they were supposed to clean it and leave us in a good shape. I had something sticking in my mind because of the price that they charged for that service. You want your expectations to be matched when you use these services and I don't think that my expectations were too high. I would not use them again. What they did with full vigor when their energy was high was super but when they ran out of time and energy then it got sloppy. The girls were fantastic but this woman was supposed to be here to supervise but she showed up only for five minutes. Her husband came out at one point but it was not well supervised.
