They always notified me of the issues as they came up, but they did not pressure me into hiring them to fix anything. Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything.
