I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

"Did not respond to the first two messages left on answering machine for a request for estimate. Then, when a neighbor used the service and said to mention his name, they called back right away. Work performed promptly as promised. Great quality except for the workers buried an outdoor electrical cord in the newly paved area. We had to cut the ends of it and leave it under the pavement. It was disappointing, but not enough to complain to the company about. Not the most cost effective contractor, but generally responsive when they do call you back. Can be difficult to get a hold of initially."
