"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. The only thing I would say is if you are on a time constraint to get that down in writing because she's an extremely busy woman.
