Small jobs welcome

"They are the very BEST in the business. I have hired them for four jobs. In June 2022 they removed a very heavy upright piano, full size pool table and many other Estate Items. They were fast and efficient beyond belief. We had a tornado touch down on the property destroying 42 trees, fences, and a shed. They came out after the trees were removed and took down the fences and removed the crushed shed and its contents. Words cannot express how grateful I was for having such dedicated people working so hard to restore the property. I highly recommend Billy Goat Junk Removal. You won't be sorry!"

"Phenomenal experience with this business! Professional, personal and able to pivot towards a wide range of needs. I had 12 pieces of furniture in need of immediate delivery from their purchase location to my home, and they got it done same day, on a Sunday, despite it being a non-typical service. The pricing was extremely fair, and I will absolutely be using them"

Customers say: Quality work

"For a few years, Southland Services has mowed our next door neighbor's yard. This year we asked if they would start mowing our yard. They have been reliable and at reasonable rates. Recently we asked them to trim some cedar trees and top some crepe myrtle trees. Again done well and at a reasonable rate."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

The cost to demolish a single-wide mobile home ranges from $3,000 to $5,000, including debris disposal. A double-wide mobile home will cost $4,000 to $7,000 to demolish and remove debris.

Ensure bins are accessible and follow guidelines for separating recyclables and hazardous materials.

Most junk removal services don’t take hazardous materials, including paint, gasoline, bleach, and other chemicals. When gathering quotes, ask the company about its specific restrictions.

Depending on your location, you can bring items to your local dump. It’s important to check their guidelines on what they accept, as not all dumps will take all items.

In addition, renting a dumpster is an option in most areas. Renting a dumpster will cost around $400 for a week, including the cost of hauling it away. However, it does not include labor to lift heavy items into the dumpster. If you have very large or heavy items, chemicals, or other items that you cannot bring to your local dump, contact a junk hauling company.

It's important to consider your home's condition to see if it's fit for the extreme stress of being lifted. There are two different methods typically used during lifting a house: raising or underpinning. While both are tried-and-true ways to lift a house, your home will likely withstand some disruption to walls, floors, and ceilings like cracking drywall.
