Very well accomplished effort by friendly and very competent crew. Found a method to vent the pipe up through our garage into and out of our rear roof.

I cannot say enough good things about how this went. During the initial phone call, I was asked a lot of questions about the living spaces, unfinished areas in the basement, etc., etc. We must have spent 15-20 minutes on the phone. Then I received their proposal, with specific information about warranties, estimated annual operating cost, etc. – the kind of information that helped me make an informed decision. The installer showed up on time and was simply awesome. He was professional, clean, and more than willing to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. It was a pleasure to have someone like that working around my home.

Everything went well. Even though we didn't have much gravel under the basement floor, the treatment was extremely effective. The pipe was run from an unfinished area in the basement through the outside at the back of the house. It fit very well next to a downspout runs just above the roof, as is required. The workers were prompt and courteous. The whole job took about three hours.

Installer Dan arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed the system with no issues and cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed with the detail Dan applied routing and placing the pipe and fan unit. I would highly recommend this company to do any radon testing or mitigation installs as they do a fantastic job.

The provider contacted me promptly following my initial request, gave me an appointment date and turned up on time to assess the situation. Following a clear explanation of the alternative remedies and a written estimate, the provider returned to install equipment on the date agreed. The entire process and clean up took about 4 hours and was done efficiently and courteously. A retest was recommended to ensure the solution was appropriate.

I like that they were willing to discuss with me the exact location of the system. I had some preferences which they accommodated. They were prompt and professional and they completed their job.

They were prompt, professional, and thorough in their review of the problem (results of a radon test revealing higher than acceptable levels of radon), coming up with a proposal for a radon mitigation solution, providing an estimate, accomplishing the work (blocking off possible radon entrances in the basement floor and installing a venting system), providing a visible means to monitor performance of the mitigation system once installed, explaining what they were doing, and answering all questions I came up with.

Dan was great to work with and suggested the solution that would be most effective while being as unobtrusive as possible. He was very knowledgeable about radon, its effects, and the known science. He is thorough, professional, and does what he says he will do, when he commits to do it. The work was pretty much "no muss, no fuss" and our test levels are now well below the EPA threshhold.
