Josh Lee and his team were very professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Josh helped us create our patio and deck design. He assisted us in submitting our plan to HOA for approval. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. Dream design was also able to accommodate all the changes we requested. Financing option was also available. I will hire them again for future renovation or construction.

The Dream Design Construction Team was Awesome! We wanted to remove the wall between the dinning room and kitchen to open up the space. We researched many, and obtained quotes from three contractors, one less expensive and one more expensive. Luckily, we decided on Dream Design Construction. Design We had a specific (non-conventional) design in mind, i.e. not the typical big island layout. Additionally, we wanted to add a full bath, a custom pantry, barn doors, and new kitchen windows, flooring etc. We stopped by Dream Design Construction and Yong engineered the design we envisioned that day! Allowing us to see it in 3D. He included things we had not thought of like a pot filler, and coffee bar area. The customized outcome is beautiful. Yong came out and took measurements to finalized the design plan. The Design becomes the Blue Print - - Note: Make sure when you sign the contract that you Know which cabinets will have drawers/ no drawers, pull outs, glass doors etc. or a change order may be required. Contract Their contract was very straight forward which helped us to sign quickly. It stated the price and allowances, installation, demo etc. Yong stated his goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and he honorably did so. Demo After emptying and packing up the kitchen - Demo was quick! The Team put up plastic zipper walls to cordon off the family room, foyer etc. to limit the amount of dust in other rooms, as well as covering vents. The wall between the dining room and kitchen came down! Mr. Nam was great . The team was here by 8 each day and made sure everything was put away each day and left it as tidy as possible. Construction The build out began and the first inspection was passed. I believe Mr. Nam was key to the success - following Yong Yis drawing/plans Jose did a great job painting, especially the stove hood/vent - just beautiful. Tile Work is extremely beautiful both kitchen and bathroom. Mr. Nam worked hard in so many areas, requesting input for location of cabinet hardware and providing guidance for light switch locations etc. Mr. Lee framed the windows beautifully, and thankfully Bruce encouraged me to include multiple pendant chandeliers which look absolutely beautiful. Mr. Yong was Very easy to work with and assigned Mr. Kim to perform all the **Finishes** ensuring a perfect result. Final Walk thru/Result Inspection #2 The final walk-through and Inspection were flawless with 100% satisfaction! Just when you are tired of construction...youre done! The remodel was completed AHEAD of schedule, including our last-minute alternatives. BOTTOM LINE: EVERYTHING turned out impeccably beautiful! Dream Design was very accommodating with change items that did not affect the Design footprint-like adding an outlet and moldings for wine fridge, as well as barn doors. They were just so easy to work with.

Dream Design did a wonderful job screening our porch. From the very first contact up until installation was finished they were in constant communication with us. They kept us informed about all the steps of the project, and, took care of all the permissions needed. (HOA and other state and county related permits). The final product looks beautiful, has lifetime warranty and we canâ t be happier. If you are looking for building professionals with outstanding customer service, this is your company.

Dream Design LLC completed our basement remodel project and we are very pleased with the finished product. Yong and his team at Dream Design LLC were very easy to work with from project design, selection of materials, and overall execution. The scope of work included complete refresh of large finished basement with new LVT flooring, new electrical/lighting, installation of a large wet bar, full size built in fridge, a full bath remodel with custom cabinets, and all new trim/paint and carpeting. Yong was always available to answer any and all questions we had in a timely manner and provided recommendations on design or material options that enhanced the project. The crew worked each and every day (and some weekends) to ensure everything remained on schedule. The project was completed on time and within the planned budget. We are very pleased with our basement and highly recommend Dream Design LLC.

We are incredibly satisfied with the work performed by Dream Design and are extremely excited with our beautiful new kitchen! From the beginning, Yong was incredibly responsive via email, phone, and text. The price/quote was comparable to two other companies, but we chose Dream Design based on reviews, the scope of the quote, the design, and how flexible and responsive he was to our ideas and desired projects. The remodel included gutting/reconfiguring the kitchen, replacing some windows, removing walls between dining room and living room, removing popcorn ceiling on our lower level family room and new flooring throughout the main level/lower level. Apart from a completely new kitchen (cabinets, recessed lighting, massive island, range hood), some extra things we had completed included running Ethernet cables, replacing light fixtures/fan, replacing outlets/switches/cover plates, and installing a water filtration system. This was a huge project, but it was completely finished in under 3 months. During demolition, a water leak was found and we had a drainage/structural team address and fix the foundation issue. Yong was incredibly flexible with holding off on completing this section of the house until it was fixed/inspected. Yong handled every other minor issue professionally and always kept me in the loop on progress. During the renovation, we lived upstairs and the team was very accommodating in closing off the upstairs with plastic/tape to mitigate the construction dust. Everyone on the team was professional, polite, and performed quality work. After each day, the team did a really good job cleaning and straightening up and this was much appreciated as we were still living in the house. At the end of the remodel, there were just few things we asked Yong to be touched up and this was addressed quickly. This was our first remodel, so there are a few things Iâ d recommend, to include knowing exactly what you want completed. Yong does a good job listing everything out, but I suggest walking around your space and really think about each thing you want done. Yong will do an awesome job with turning your ideas into something amazing. I would highly recommend this team and we actually are having them come back for some additional work upstairs.

Very pleasant, have good ideas and are thrust worthy. They work with you and for you, are good at carpentry and tile work, and do quality control checks as the work progresses. I would definitely recommend them for a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

Our experience with Dream Design remodeling two bathrooms was excellent. Hakan Ureten was wonderful to work with, always responsive, and very helpful with design decisions. The workmen showed up when we expected them, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and right on budget. My mother got sick and I was the only one who could take care of her. Two days into the project, I had to stop, he checked in with me to make sure things were okay, but they remained in communication and worked around my schedule. They did very good work.

Dream Design Construction has remodeled our master bathroom. The size of the bathroom was 12x10, complete renovation which the work included new shower, new tub, new vanities, new tiles and etc... You have to know exactly what you want and don't want. Look at everything that is included in the work and add things you think you may want because later it will cost you.
