Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). "We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company.
