"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"Carlos Ortiz is one of the best all round “handy man” contractors I’ve ever used. Literally, Carlos can do anything, and whatever he puts his hand to he does it with a quality finish. He has tiled my floors, done numerous interior paint jobs, repaired my chimney caps, built a beautiful outdoor patio in my backyard, wallpapered a guest bathroom, Rebuilt, a wood fence, and installed a 12 foot metal automatic gate for my driveway. I’ve not yet discovered anything that Carlos cannot do. And whatever they do, they do excellently. Plus, he tidies up after himself so that the job site is clean. And on top of all of that, Carlos‘s prices are competitive, he shows up when he says he is going to, he gets the job done on time, and is completely trustworthy. I use no one else but him for any job in my Victorian home."

"We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company. You won't meet a nicer and accommodating team. Their professionalism and friendliness made me so happy. "Daniel Himes is an energetic young man who will not leave a job until everything is done, & done right. We had a lot of 50 year old gutters with a lot of hidden rot behind them. He & his workman cleaned out & replaced all the rotten facial boards & even removed & replaced the rotten ends on some of the roof rafters. Everything got primed, sealed & painted before installing gutters. He installed .032 gauge gutters & downspouts, pop riveted & sealed with elastomeric sealant. All installed with screws, not nails. Then they replaced a few shingles that were missing & re-edged all shingles that were not properly staggered. We were really pleased with the finished product as well as their pride of a pristine job well done."
