There are two reasons why you should consider us over our competitors. 1) We have the best warranty in the industry. When it comes down to it, most companies in this business really are "about the same". We all run our businesses in the same manner, use similar qualified crews, and desire customer satisfaction above anything else. All of this while trying to put "food on the table." We wanted to be different than everyone else, so we put our heads together and found a way to be innovative and different while at the same time meeting the goals mentioned above. When it is all said and done, you are paying for service - not the actual product. Any fence company can install your fence or deck without raising an eyebrow, but their product is only as good as their guarantee. We decided that we wanted to be proactive when it comes to our warranty. Our one year warranty is the same as everyone else in the industry; however, this is the difference. At the 6 month period after your project has been completed, we will send a representative from our company to inspect it for any defects that may need attention. If there are necessary repairs needed, we will let you know that we will be sending someone out to take care of things. If that's not enough to convince you, maybe this will at 12 months - just before the warranty ends - we will do the same thing. We want you to feel that your investment is protected. We want you to feel comfortable with who you are giving your money to. But most of all, we want you to feel that you can truly trust us. We won't always get everything right, but we will try again and again to gain your trust. 2) We are a CLASS A licensed contractor who's first priority is customer satisfaction. Contacted LD&F through Angie's list and received a very prompt response to my inquiry. The sales person made an appointment to come see the project for that very same day and provided an estimate by the next day. Did not try to pressure me into using their services which I was very appreciative of. Once I made the decision to go with them, they set up an appointment immediately that worked with my schedule and made all the necessary arrangements to get the utilities checked, etc.
The day of the install the team arrived on time, cleaned up behind themselves and did a great job. VERY pleased with their work and would recommend them to others!
Wilbert was the ultimate professional - in fact, him and his crew of two (2) other employees was VERY professional, courteous, patient, and efficient. Wilbert performed a very thorough on-site consultation, and explained all of the details. He took his time and answered all questions that we had, and was very patient.
Wilbert and his crew were extremely impressive. They were so on-top of everything - from calling Miss Utility, to Novec, to Verizon so that they could all come and mark the lawn where the lines were. In fact, Wilbert and his crew installed three (3) fences on the same day - my fence and two of my other neighbor's fences also - all of our fences looked GREAT! We were all very pleased with their work.
Last but not least, the pricing was very reasonable and Wilbert walked us through the contract when we decided to utilize Loudoun Deck & Fence Co. We were equally impressed with the reasonableness of the price as we had been quoted by other fence companies that service Loudoun County and the prices ranged from $3,500 to $6,000.

Dan's crew fulfilled everything they said they would do and more. I LOVE MY NEW DECK!!!

There was only one snag that I noticed, when I came home one night it looked like the holes for the stairs might have been marked in the wrong place. I called Dan and left a voicemail with my concern, I received a call back the same night and he came out himself the next morning. They remeasured and the marks were off, Dan immediate marked the correct area the stairs were built to end.

"We did provide this individual with an estimate August 5, 2015, but we are not the ones that installed her fence. I checked our records to make sure prior to responding. I am sorry to hear of her unfortunate experience though. But again, I have no record of installing her fence. We actually do not generally install vinyl fences."
