Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. "Lupe and his crew did a wonderful job on our yard. He cleared a portion of our yard from debri and stumps where we had trees removed, had topsoil delivered and spread/graded it. His team also dug trenches and installed a drain and pipe in our backyard. We used to have a muddy mess and now there are no puddles with rain. He also seeded and strawed. Great work. Communication with timing and weather is the only part you have to have patience with. It rained a lot and so the top soil couldn't be delivered. I had to call the night before the dates to confirm if they were coming versus having proactive communication. I'd hire again!"

I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor.
