"I have a very old house and the basement drain has clogged twice in the past two and a half years.
The first time the clog left two inches of water on the floor. Noah Ball came the same day I called and flushed the drainpipe.
He also gave me tips on how to try to keep the drain clear.
Two years later he had to come back for the same reason, although the damage wasn't as bad. This time it was determined that there were roots in the pipe; he cleared it and we have discussed what my next steps will be. At some point the line will have to be repaired or replaced, but prior to that he will do a TV scope to get to the specifics of the problem.
I was very impressed with Noah. He is professional but easy to talk to - and appears to be sincerely interested in doing the best job possible at a reasonable price. I wouldn't think of using another company for rooting. AND, in both cases, he came the same day I called. Now that's good customer service!

"Hard working, prompt, and accommodating. We had a standing water issue in our backyard. Tiger Construction met with me to explain the issue and how a French drain, 2 actually, would solve the problem. The drains were dug by hand and the work was completed in one day. And as luck would have it, we were hit with our first snow storm shortly thereafter. Eleven (11) inches of fresh powder that preceded a couple rainy days. When the snow melted....no standing water! "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"Lupe and his crew did a wonderful job on our yard. He cleared a portion of our yard from debri and stumps where we had trees removed, had topsoil delivered and spread/graded it. His team also dug trenches and installed a drain and pipe in our backyard. We used to have a muddy mess and now there are no puddles with rain. He also seeded and strawed. Great work. Communication with timing and weather is the only part you have to have patience with. It rained a lot and so the top soil couldn't be delivered. I had to call the night before the dates to confirm if they were coming versus having proactive communication. I'd hire again!"

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor.
