"I am so frustrated. I reached out to Virginia CUTZ LLC this week to set up lawn care services. I found them to be unreliable, dishonest and untrustworthy! They asked for my address to give me a quick quote. Within minutes they got back to me with a quote I asked how they came about the quote without knowing what I wanted. They said it was for mowing. We set up for bi weekly and said when they are here we can discuss further needs. They indicated they would be available end of week to do my lawn. When asked what day or time, I was told by end of week. After insisting I know a day and time so I could be here to speak to them and contain my animals, they finally told me Friday (today) morning depending on weather. I recieved a text from them at 9am reminding me I have an appointment. I responded at 930 and gave my number so they could call when on their way. I’ve been home all day sitting in my living room which is near my front door waiting for them. 3pm comes around and I send another message asking if I should still expect them. Over an hour later, I receive a text letting me know one of there techs came to look at my yard and they could not do my yard because there is not enough space to access my yard. I have two 4ft gates so there is an 8ft opening if I needed my back yard mowed…. But I didn’t. I needed my front yard and around the outside of the fence…. They never asked. I also have cameras…. Which caught the mail lady, Amazon man and the neighborhood kids as well as all the passing cars. But it just happened to miss them. What’s funny is I was expecting to pay more than what was quoted. After not showing and waiting hours to respond they indicated they don’t do ala cart, I needed my front yard mowed and side yard weed wacked, even though in conversation they said we can discuss what else was needed at time of service.
