The guy that came to spray said he sprayed ,money was taken from my account, but when checked on cameras that I recently put up, he never went in my backyard to spray. He called to apologize for lying. They told him to come back and spray that same evening. I did not want the guy who basically just tried to steal from me back at my home and it was raining. They sent another guy out the following week who did a poor job as well. Now I know why I continue to see mosquitos. Had good experience with them 4 years ago other then notice of appointment day and time frame, so I didnt use them again. Decided to try them again this year. Still not much notice of appt date and unable to give me a time frame at all. Will never use them again.

I had a groupon, so only paid about 35.00. They said the treatment would lower the amount of mosquitoes in the yard, but would need more treatments to completely eliminate them. They were right, I saw/got bitten by about 1 or 2 instead of 10 or 12 every time I went out in the yard. Very satisfied for what I paid for.

I got a coupon in the mail last summer and decided to give them a try. I never considered yard treatments for mosquitos before as I did not want to pay for that type of service. I used to just spray with Yard Guard, which was only a very temporary fix. I called them and spoke to Carrie Six who set me up with a plan for the rest of the summer. I can definitely say that the money is well spent ! With the consistent treatment, I have never enjoyed being outside more! No worries about constant buzzing and mosquito bites. My dogs were also quite happy as the tick problem was also gone. Before Mosquito Authority, I would have to buy spray, plan for when to spray for an outside event, and then not every want to sit outside afterwards because it was so annoying. My yard was treated every few weeks by Marvin. He would always call in advance to let us know when he was coming. He would leave a note on the door saying he had been there. Carrie just recently touched base with me again to set up my plan for the upcoming summer. As usual, she was awesome. We worked on the setting up the treatments for the entire summer, and with a pre-pay option, I know I don't have a thing to worry about for the rest of the summer except sitting outside and enjoying every minute. I will not miss another summer without Mosquito Authority!

Too much back and forth with the office - never followed up properly and took them a while to come out. Meh service and way too expensive for yearly work. I just do it myself now.

Went ok once they showed up

Mosquito Authority has kept my yard mosquito free all summer and into the fall. They are friendly and easy to work with. Their scheduling system is a little difficult to work with - you won't be notified of the day they're coming until the day before (although you can always call and find out), and then you won't be given a time frame. However, on all 3 occasions, I've called the office and worked out something that worked for their staff and for my schedule.

They treatment itself was fine and seems to be working. But, it was 3 weeks after my initial call before they finally came out to spray. I called after 2 weeks and the rep I spoke with didn't seem to know why my service hadn't taken place. She told me she would get me on the schedule that week (called on Monday) and call me Friday to follow-up. Never heard back from the rep, but did get a text message Sunday evening saying they would be out the next day. They did show up, but 3 weeks after I initially called to request the service.

We had to pay $40 on top of the $39, since we were repeat customers from last year. The $39 was just for new customers.

They are wonderful and letting you know when they are coming, and calling right before they arrive. They are also responsible as one day they postponed because both row house next door neighbors were outside and my favorite having two dogs of my ow, the postponed spraying because so many dogs were out and about. Still, they were on deadline coming out the next day. When I complained of big ant problem, they treated and said to let me know if I saw any more. As soon as i saw a few in the house they came out and did an additional spot spray. They have been great at explaining in detail how the treatment works, etc. I just wish more companies I have used showed even a fraction of their humanity.

Ok, once it was scheduled. Had some miscommunication in the very beginning re: "setting up an account" before they would schedulevthe treatment I had already paid for thru Angi's List. I had a lot of questions since I had never had this done before, and I have pets. It felt like the manager got a little impatient with me and all my questions, but the results have been good, so it was worth it.

No mosquito problem since the company spayed.

Ticks and mosquitoes were gone!! ... but only for 1 week. Vendor had a 3 week mosquito-free warranty. When I called and asked my yard to be retreated, they mentioned a minimum of 2 treatments were required to trigger the warranty which was not disclosed on the initial work. Not sure I can trust them

They sprayed once as part of the Angie's list deal. This really did cut down on the number of mosquitos. After they sprayed for the 2nd time (charging another $70), there were still a couple mosquitos. They came and sprayed again, but still mosquitos, so they came a 4th time. We still have a few mosquitos in our yard, so will not be continuing their service. They say that they will come within 48 hours of being reported, but when we called on Friday at 5:00 PM reporting a mosquito, they did not come until the next Tuesday. They don't offer any refund for the days they leave you with mosquitos in your yard. I think it helps, but it's not worth nearly $100/month if my family is still being bitten (stung) by mosquitos.

the advertised price of $39 attracted me to try it. and asked for 1 treatment only. 3 weeks later I was out yesterday getting bitten by mosquitoes! I wasn't home when he said he was coming so I don't know if he sprayed the back or what he did. I told him I will leave the gates unlocked so he spray the back yard but maybe the the chemical he used wasn't strong enough. he left on my front door a hanging sign from their company that " it's been serviced." I haven't called them since I'm not not sure if they require a second payment costing me more for a 2nd Treatment. trust issue here
