"Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."

They paid attention to all the architectural details when they installed the vinyl siding, so much so that many neighbors didn't realize it was vinyl siding. They also replaced all the windows and rebuilt the front porch. We have received so many compliments; they truly have exceeded my expectations. Their price was in line, or a little more than other contractors we got quotes from, but I doubt that the other contractors would have done as good a job; they offer a great value, plus they replaced all rotten wood without charging us extra, like the other contractors would have. I highly recommend them. One of the best contracting experiences I've had."

"This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."

"Overall - if you are looking for a quick and dirty solution for a great price, these are your people. If you are looking for quality and professionalism, maybe not. I was looking to get my grout redone in my shower and they told me removing the top layer of the existing cracked and flaking grout is just not how that job is done unless I wanted to fully remove all the tile I was very concerned about taking shortcuts only to have the grout flaking off again in a couple of months, so I didnt feel comfortable with F and F doing the work. I also wanted the bathroom sink faucet to be replaced, and when they said it was done and left, it turned out it was leaking, soaking some of the things in the cabinet. They came back immediately and fixed it, but it would have been nice to be done right the first time. Last is a small thing, but I would have preferred if they didnt wear dirty shoes on my bath mats they were soaked and dirty by the time they were done with the work."
