Everything went fine with no issues. A workman showed up the day after calling when my garage door opener failed. He described the problem and possible repairs, and completed the work in a couple of hours. The workman was especially polite and helpful.

Perfectly. I've used Golden Garage Doors on 3 separate occasions now for both new installs of doors and openers as well as repairs. Jeremy is honest, very competitive and offers options and advice on the best solution. I will use no one else.

Great experience installing a new opener and a new garage door. Couple of months ago the chain on the opener was sagging, so they came out to replace the opener since the gear was slipping. They cautioned us about the cable on the door that was starting to fray. Of course two weeks later the door started to open crooked because of it. This time Jeremy came out (the same day) and replaced the frayed cable for free. We agreed it was time to replace the 20-year-old door that would fall apart sooner or later. He was helpful while explaining all the difference between the new doors and was never pushy. In fact, he always tried to suggest the most economic way to go. There was never a fee for coming out again to troubleshoot. What a genuine person. Installing the new door took 4 hours and the guys showed up earlier than scheduled. Everyone is always professional and courteous, and we always felt like they really wanted to provide great service instead of just making a sale.

I am very happy with the repair. There is a slight bow to the bottom panel, however it is not noticeable and the door operates well, including the bottom seal. Jeremy arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time, and the estimate for repair was well within my expectations. I will definitely keep his number handy!

I have had total of 4 garage door repairs done over the course of the last 14 years, all of which were good experiences by "A" rated companies. This experience was the very best. My garage door spring broke at 6:30am. I called Golden Garage doors @ 7am and Jeremy returned my call @ 7:45am. He had a full day of work scheduled but added me into the schedule between 3 and 5pm anyway. He arrived well within the schedule time, and along with his technician went right to work and completed the job within an hour. The center support bearing, originally thought to need replacement did not, so he was able to save me some money as well. Additionally, he added in an Angie's List discount without being asked. Their work along with the manor in which it was completed was done very professionally. This is by far the best garage door repair experience I have had, not casting any disparage on the other companies used in the past, and I would highly recommend Golden Garage Doors to anyone needing those services. They certainly live up to their motto: "Best Service - Best Value - Best Choice."

When we had the work done he was meticulous in making sure everything was working right before he left. (corrected many problems not associated with the opener). He was wonderful to work with.

Josh came by exactly on time and was very friendly. He knew exactly what our problem was and said we needed a simple tune-up. He saw right away that our rollers and spring were newer and needed no work. He replaced several screws and even made modifications required after some previous repairs from other companies had failed. He also lubricated and checked our second garage door at no extra cost. This is a great company and they made no attempts to find more ways to charge me. He even told me to do nothing with the other door that has original rollers and springs until it was really needed. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Very impressed with this company. My automatic garage door had stopped working the prior evening so I unhooked the motor and managed to close the door manually. Next day, I could not get it to budge up or down and was unable to get my car out of the garage. I had an important meeting to attend that evening. Found this company on the Internet and checked out Golden Garage Doors on Angie's list. All reviews were exceptional so I called and was able to get in touch with Jeremy immediately. After expressing my concerns about getting to my appt., Jeremy assured me he would be out in time to fix whatever was wrong, and make sure that he would at least make sure I was able to get my car out in time for my meeting. He didn't try to sell me a door that I didn't need right away and replaced everything else that was wrong. The work was done quickly and efficiently (I did make it to my appt.) Jeremy told me exactly what he did, went over the prices for each item, which was really reasonable and, now, and my automatic garage doors works like a charm. Jeremy was extremely professional, courteous, and true to his word. Overall, the whole experience was excellent! I will definitely call him again when the time comes and highly recommend Golden Garage Doors!

perfect.  Jeremy is everything you'd hope for in a vendor.  He really takes his time and tries to do everything possible to make sure you make the best decision for your circumstances.  He's all about quality, but takes your budget into consideration.  He installed an opener for me a year ago and then he sold us a garage door & installed it a couple days ago.  The whole process went perfectly.  He's one of the few guys/companies I expect to use as long as they're in business and I need their expertise.  I've put forth a lot of reviews over the last 10 years on Angies List, none come with a higher recommendation than I give for Jeremy and Golden Garage Doors.

Golden Garage Door is a very competent, responsive and friendly local company which provided me with excellent service for my broken garage door. When my very old garage door broke and Jeremy came within 2 hours to give an estimate, he surprised me by saying he could fix it, on the spot, with a bunch of new rollers and a few other parts for $200. It seemed very reasonably priced, not to mention impossible in my mind considering how old and decrepit the door was. He is very enthusiastic about getting the old doors working again and considers it a personal challenge to do so. In the end I opted for a new door which was ordered and installed two weeks later for about $1200. This is a very good quality, insulated steel door which seals all the way around -- something my old door never did. It came with all new rails, springs, rollers, and seals. Jeremy's attention to detail and knowledge/ability to tune a garage door just right is commendable. I would call nobody else if I needed another garage door in the Golden/Lakewood area.

Fantastic service, price and response time.  I had a garage door "emergency" after the painter tried unsuccessfully to change the torsion pulley wires.  After reading reviews, I called Golden Garage Doors and they had someone at my place later the same day.  He was able to fix the door, replace the wires, replace rollers and a cracked hinge, tighten the springs and had everything smoothly operating within a few hours, and for an reasonable price - especially given the same-day service.  Honest and genuinely nice guy, as well as obviously technically capable.  These are my guys from here on out.  I'm glad I chose to call them.

Wow!  I was so impressed with Jeremy's professionalism from first meeting him for the estimate to the final inspection of the job.  The installation was meticulous and he walked me through everything he did.

The operation of the opener is flawless and the door looks great.  I have used another local vendor numerous times before but decided to try Golden Garage Doors and they are who I will use from now on.

I give Golden Garage Doors an A+ rating in every aspect.

It went great... from the first phone call to schedule and pick the opener that was right for me to the day of installation. Jeremy is awesome, especially in a city where service is horrible. Jeremy did everything possible to help us become informed before using him and picking out our opener. He showed up on time, did a fabulous job, and was cheaper than others too. I have no doubt if there are any problems with the opener in the future, he'll be here in a flash to take care of it. We will use Golden Garage Doors again when we purchase a new garage door.

Our garage door broke the other day and I contacted two other garage door repair shops before I was told about Golden Garage Doors. Jeremy and his helper tested the door and within minutes was able to locate the problem. They explained what was wrong, in detail, and also explained what was needed to be done. They went to work and within no time at all had the door repaired. We found Jeremy extremely knowledgeable and willing to go over the details of why and what was needed to repair the garage door, I must admit for a person not knowing anything about garage doors, etc., when Jeremy left I was able to understand his explanation and the problems with the door.. They were very professional, courteous, and they were not expensive. It is nice to know that we have honest, hard-working individuals who do a good job and loves their work. Jeremy was super prompt, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is very trustworthy, and you don't feel at all like he is trying to sell you anything unnecessary. He was very careful in his work and took lots of extra time (which he didn't charge for) to make several adjustments that I requested. You can tell that he is a real perfectionist and really knows his stuff. He repaired our garage door very well, and for a very fair price - and we will not hesitate to call him when we finally do have to replace it for a new one. He has earned our trust completely. A very pleasant experience!

Outstanding work.  Very conscientious.  Didn't overcharge.  Didn't  find extra things to fix.  Just fixed the essential problem.  Very personable.  Came out to do the repair very quickly, thank heavens.  Identified other possible problem areas to keep an eye on.

The springs on our garage door broke at 7 am, Jeremy was at my house before 9 am that morning.  He was very nice and informative, did an extremely thorough tune up of my garage door.  I have the original door from 1969, he looked at all the components and said that it had more life to it.  It was nice to have an honest assessment and not a sales pitch to replace things before needed.  
He was extremely nice, fast, and professional.  I would definitely recommend him, and will call him next time I need work done.

Jeremy always does excellent work and is always very responsive and helpful.  The bonus is he is reasonably priced!  He has installed both our garage door openers in the past year and repairs as needed previously.  I won't use anyone else for this service.  You can call him for an emergency problem and he gets back to you right away and will be out to fix any problems as fast as he can, usually the next morning.

Absolutely excellent.  I was very happy to pay for the service.  Jeremy arrived promptly and quickly went about this task of fixing the door.  He identified some bad bearings, but did not try to push new ones on me.  It was obvious they were bad (he showed me the difference between new and mine), so I asked him to replace them.  He was very polite, and patient.  There is no doubt I will call him for any of my garage door needs.
