"They showed up late to "look at the job". contrary to advertising the quote is not free, it cost $120. They didn't even look at the toilet. Their technician sent an estimate for $580 just to pump out water and remove a few bricks on the foundation for access. I responded back that I thought it was high, but asked them to proceed any how - no answer. called the office, and after two days of "I'll check into it" and we need to talk to the supervisor to see when we can schedule a repair", I was told they could get to it in 11 days just to get access to see if they could repair the leak - mind you this is for an active leak. I ended up driving 230 miles and fix the problem myself. the whole job took 5 hours, and I am not a professional. $120 for them to tell me what I already knew."

"I've actually used Wave Motion Pools twice. The first time was last summer (2019) for an above ground pool install and the second time was this summer for equipment repair. Both times I was extremely happy with their service. Their most outstanding attribute (imo) is their work ethic! They truly want to help people and aren't out just to gouge us for every cent they can get. Their prices are fair and they have gone above and beyond to help me out. Greg was super knowledgeable about all aspects, from the install, to the equipment, to common problems in our area (I'm my case pungo). His communication is also fantastic. They have always responded to my messages within no later than a day but usually within an hour or so. If something came up and they couldn't make it when he said they would, he always let me know before they were due to be here. This is a great company to work with. "Jonathan and his helper did an excellent job of completing all tasks, plus a few extras thrown in after the initial estimate was written, within the time frame(s) and price(s) estimated. I obtained several estimates, and his was the most reasonable (though neither the lowest nor the highest). I also was comfortable giving Jonathan the key to my house and leaving him in the house while I was at work; this was convenient and worked out well. He always cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know he was there except for the fact that items on the list were getting done. I had a very long list of a variety of items big and small; from installing flood lights, a ring doorbell, an exterior back door, two storm doors and two windows to fixing a broken fence, broken kitchen cabinet doors, detached gutters, and doors that wouldn't close properly, plus patching a hole in a ceiling, cleaning out ivy and other overgrown grasses behind a shed, etc., in the yard, and more. I definitely will hire him again in the future."
